Refund policy

Order Cancellation:

If you have placed your order on our website and decide you wish to cancel it, we need to be notified as soon as possible.

If the order has been processed through our system and has been picked and packed ready for the couriers,  we will not be able to cancel and refund this order. 

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love our products. If something isn’t right, email info@swolecakes.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unopened and in original condition. 
  

• Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
