MINIMUM DELIVERY CHARGESÂ APPLY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been place and another notification when we have accepted and processed your order along with a link to be able to track your order online.
Please note, For New Zealand : we aim to deliver all orders in 2-4 working days from the date an order has been placed but cannot guarantee a certain time frame and delays can be caused due to factors outside our control. Â
For Australia: We aim to deliver all orders in 7-10 working days.
We use Courier services to deliver our meals and all courier drivers are instructed to leave the parcel at the delivery address if no one is home to receive it.Â
Once the courier has delivered to parcel the ownership of the items transfers to you and we are not liable to any theft, items gone missing post completing of delivery by the couriers.
SHIPPING PROTECTION:
We offer an 'optional' shipping protection service at an additional charge and this protection guarantees you a refund or a credit on your next order if the meals arrive damaged and /or a lost in transit due to factors beyond our control.
This does not cover a delayed delivery, theft after delivery or mishandling after delivery has been completed.
